For users who aren't comfortable on the command line, or for users who exclusively use the Windows operating system, we have created a GUI downloader. This software is still in beta and comes with NO GUARANTEES whatsoever.
When you launch the application, you will be prompted to specify a download destination for the files to be downloaded. If you are downloading files from Discovery Genomics, you will need to authenticate. Click on the "Queue" menu and then select the "Authenticate" option, or click on the red dot on the right side of the black control bar at the top of the application window.
You can load a list of URLs by dragging and dropping a text file into the application window.
